2. User-Generated Content

Our service allows you to upload, store, and read EPUB files ("Content"). You retain all rights and ownership of your Content. However, by making your Content "Public", you grant EPUB Novels and its users a non-exclusive license to view and read your Content on the platform.

Copyright Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the Content you upload. You agree not to upload copyrighted materials unless you hold the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to do so. We reserve the right to remove any Content that infringes on copyright or violates these terms without prior notice.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other users' private accounts.
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users in the comment or rating sections.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. "As-Is" Service

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. EPUB Novels makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uptime, reliability, or accuracy of the service. We do not guarantee that your uploaded files will not be lost; you are encouraged to keep backups of your EPUB files.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
