Release Theme e-Novel v0.0.1
- I already released the theme e-Novel v0.0.1, you can check it out on GitHub
- You can make your own novel site using this theme, just follow the instructions on the README,
- Just take a note that this theme is still in development, so there might be some bugs,
- If you encounter any bugs, please report it on the Github Issue page.
Updates - 28/06/2025
- Add login and register page, you can access it from the topbar,
- Edit profile to change name and you can change avatar with input url.
- Add library button in novel page and history reading also available in the account page,
- Switch comments to firebase database, you need to login to comment,
- Revamp reading page more comfortable with many tools for reading, not annoying like before which bottom bar is always showing when scrolling,
Note
This is all using free sources, so there might be some limitations, but I will try to make it as good as possible.

Note
This is a total revamp of the theme, so there might be some bugs. If you encounter any issues, please let me know. I forgot what else I changed though.

- Add Admonition which is adapted from: Hugo Admonitions,
- Add style for prose and chroma which is adapted from: Hugo Narrow,
- Resize reading area,

New features to enhance user experience and some changes.
- Add taxonomy for status: “Completed” and “Ongoing”.

Note
I just separated the theme and content, so we might encounter some errors. Anyway, I will update this post as a changelog in the future, so this post will change over time. I’m just using this to keep notes for myself.
